ASICS Gel-Nimbus 17 Review

The ASICS GEL-NIMBUS 17 has been built on an improved Fluid Ride V2 Midsole giving
even more cushion and bounce. Designed for a neutral or rigid foot type, these shoesare like walking on clouds! The GEL-NIMBUS 17 offers so much cushion and bounce.
My previous shoes were also Nimbus’, but this improved model has a lot more cushioning, making the extra KMs on a hard concrete surface far more bearable. With the extra shock absorption in this shoe, I no longer get aching through my hips and knees and their bright exterior means I’ll stand out in the crowd during the Walking Stars Half Marathon, which is taking place on 28 November at the Auckland Domain, starting at 8pm and walking into the night.
Another great feature of this model is it’s seamless outer, meaning no rubbing or uncomfortable seams restricting my problematic bunion area.
These shoes are perfectly suited to long slow mileage and I look forward to putting them through their paces during the upcoming months.
