Video - High Arch Lacing

Do you suffer from uncomfortable rubbing of your running shoes on the tops of your feet?
Watch the video below to find out how to re-lace for more comfort.
This is useful for two reasons:
High Arches
This can mean your foot sits too high in your shoe, and rubs where the laces are threaded over it. Rather than loosening off the laces, which can lead to instability, try this technique.
A "Bump" on Top of the Foot
This is usually caused by bones shifting naturally over time, or from trauma to the top of your foot. Having a bump on the top of the foot means it could be rubbing up under where your laces are threaded. Simply loosening off the laces could lead to instability, so try this technique instead.

Step One
Lace the first three holes of the shoe
Step Two
Skip the fourth hole, and lace through the T-bar in the centre of the shoes tongue.
Step Three
Continue Lacing as normal
Easy as that!
